Recipe: Shahi Paneer

I want to start my blog with a recipe that my kids just love. Here's what u have to do.

- Three medium size onions - finely chopped.
- 250 gms paneer to be cut in cubes & deep fired, until  brown. This is to be done seperately in another pan.
- Put dhaniya powder, haldi, red chillies, two green chillies (chopped), black pepper, garam masala in the onions which are now brown.- also add half spoon of  Kesari methi and half spooon of Paav-bhaaji masala in the above.
- stir the masalas and now add two finely chopped tomatoes and also add 100 gms of tomato purie.
- Add one cup of water and Stir it till it boils.
- Now put the paneer into the gravy and add salt - ( namak swaad-anusaar).
- Pour it in a serving bowl and sprinkle green dhaniya patta.
